MFK Dubnica is a football club of Slovakia based in the city of Dubnica nad Vahom. The club was founded in 1926 and spent its early years in regional Czechoslovakian leagues until 1977. Afterwards the club was promoted to the national first division.

The club has been honored several times since its foundation. MFK Dubnica stood in fourth position for best finish in Slovakian League in 2005. In the same year the club has been awarded with the best finish in Intertoto Cup.
