FK Inter Baku is an Azerbaijan football club based in the capital Baku. They currently feature in the AFFA Supreme League.

FK Inter Baku were established in 1997 as Khazar University, which was the first private university in Azerbaijan. The club joined the amateur league initially.

Khazar University started to play in the Azerbaijan Premier League in the 1999-2000 season and finished fourth in the league in the 2003-2004 season. That season they feature in the UEFA Intertoto Cup for the first time in their history.

In 2007-2008 FK Inter Baku won the league for the first time in their history.

FK Inter Baku play their home matches at the Zabrat Stadium that can accommodate 10,000 spectators. They bear the nickname “Bankers”.
