Tarxien Rainbows Football Club is a Maltese football club based in Tarxien. They currently feature in the Maltese Premier League.

Tarxien Rainbows were established in 1944 as Little Rainbows and won the Maltese First Division title in the 2007-2008 season. They featured in the Maltese Premier League in the for the first time in the 2008-2009 season.
