SV Ried is an Austrian football club based in Ried im Innkreis. They currently feature in the Austrian Bundesliga.

SV Ried were established on May 5,1912 as Sportvereinigung Ried and featured in the regional leagues of Upper Austria until 1991 when they played in the national league for the first time in their history. They gained promotion to the Austrian top flight in 1995.

Ried won their first major honour in 1998 when they won the Austrian Cup. But five years later in 2003 they suffered relegation from the Austrin Bundesliga but regained their top flight status two seasons later. In the 2005-2006 season they finished fourth in the league and the following season finished runners-up in the league. Ried finished seventh in the league in the 2007-2008 season.

SV Ried play their home matches at the Fill Metallbau Stadion that can accommodate 7,680 spectators.
