Apollon Limassol is a Cypriot football club based in Limassol. They curently feature in the Cypriot First Division.

Apollpn Limassol were established on April 14,1954 and started life in the second division in 1955. In their first year in the second division, they lost all their matches but in the 1956-1957 season, after a crisis in AEL, they took in many players from AEL. Subsequently they were promoted to the first division and have been featuring in the Cypriot top flight since then.

Apollon reached the final of the Cypriot Cup in 1965 and won the Cup the following year. They retained the Cup in 1967 and reached the final of the competition only in 1982. Apollon then started to gain success and won the league in 1991 for the first time in their history. Apollon won the Cypriot First Division title again in 1994 and then in 2006 and finished second in the table on four occasions. They also went onto win the Cypriot Cup in 1986,192 and 2001.

Apollon Limassol play their home matches at the Tsirion stadium that can accommodate 13,000 spectators.
