Based out of Durazno, in Uruguay, Durazno Futbol Club are currently part of the Segunda Division in the country. Founded quite recently, in 2005, the club is one of the youngest teams in the country and made their debut in the Segunda Division only in 2006. The club was formed after a merger between five smaller clubs in the city. Their home ground, the Estadio Minicipal Silvestre, is an 8,000 seater arena in the city.
