A professional football club based in Quito, Ecuador, Club Deportivo ESPOLI belongs to a police academy, ESPOLI, or Escuela Superior de Policia. Estadio La Cocha is the home stadium of the team, and the club has hosted venue games in Estadio Olimpico Atahualpa as well as Estadio Shillogallo, in Quito. Some credits to the team include winning the Ecuadorian Subchampionship in 1995, and the resulting appearance in the Copa Libertadores in 1996, as well as Runner up in the Primera B in 1991, 1992 and 2007.
