Cortulua are a Colombian football team based out of Tulua. The team was formed in 1967 and has since, played at the Doce de Octubre stadium, a 16,000 capacity arena. In 2006, the club was identified to be one of the ten businesses being operated by a drug baron. The United States Treasury froze assets owned by the club in the country, although it doesn’t seem to have had much affect on the footballing fortunes of the club.
