Arka Gdynia is a Polish football club based in Gdynia. They currently feature in the Polish first division.
Arka Gdynia were established in 1929 and have endured most of their history in lower league football in Poland. Their best ever finish was way back in 1978 when they finished 7th in the league.
In 1979 they won the Polish Cup for so far the only time in their history. At the end of the 2007-2008 season, Arka Gdynia finished fourth in the Polish First League and were promoted to the Ekstraklasa for the 2008-2009 season.

Arka Gdynia play their home matches at Stadion GOSiR that can support 12,000 spectators although at the moment it is being upgraded to raise that bar to 15000.
