Associazione Sportiva Livorno Calcio, commonly known simply as Livorno, is an Italian football club based in Livorno, Tuscany. They currently feature in the Serie A.

Livorno were established in 1915 as US Livorno. They finished second in the Italian football championship in the 1919-1920 season. They finished runners-up in the 1942-1943 season but in 1949 suffered relegation.

Livorno went into a decline after that and continued to slip down the ladder of Italian football. But they gradually started to crop up the standings and at the end of the 2003-2004 season gained promotion to Serie A. They went down at the end of the 2007-2008 campaign but returned to the Italian top flight just a year later.

Livorno play their home matches at the Stadio Armando Picchi that can accommodate 19,238 spectators. They bear the nicknames “Amaranto” and “Labronici”.
