Eugene Galeković is an Australian soccer player and plays as a goal keeper for Adelaide United in the A-league. With right to international games, he plays for the Australian National Football team.
Born in Melbourne in Australia in 1981, he played with the Chelsea Hajduk in South-East suburbs from 1993 to 1997. For the Bulleen team he played in 1997 – 1998 season. Having played football for St Bede’s College, he started his career in this sport with Gippsland Falsons, Morwell based National Soccer League in 2000.
Later on, he signed with South Melbourne, till NSL’s closure in 2003-04. During the end of this season, he stayed with South Melbourne and secured a place on the Beira Mar list in Portugal. Though this time was somewhat not successful for Galekovic, he signed with Melbourne Victory after returning to Melbourne in 2005-06.

Since 2007, with the Adelaide United, he made 60 appearances, and in 2010, he capped off a brilliant year by winning the Adelaide United Life FM Player of the year award which was sponsored by Payneham Road Chemplus Compounding Pharmacy.
Career Statistics
He received the A-League Championship in 2006-07 season and A-League Premiership in the same year.
In consecutive years from 2008 to 2010, he received A-League Goalkeeper of the year, from 2008 to 2010, he got the Adelaide United Club Champion and in 2008-09, 2009-10, he got the Adelaide United Player’s Player of the year awards.
