Esteban Granero Molina is a young Spanish footballer who is in the books of the Spanish and European giants Real Madrid. Granero is currently on loan to La Liga side Getafe, which is also situated in Madrid.
Granero is a product of the Real Madrid youth system and has been at the club since he was 8 years of age. He made consistent progress through the multitude of ties at Real Madrid but failed to crack it to the first team. He was signed by Getafe on loan for the 2007-2008 season.
Esteban Granero was an integral member of the Spanish U19 squad that won the 2006 UEFA European U19 Football Championship. He now plays for the Spanish U21 side.
