Dimitrios Papadopoulos is a Greek international football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club US Lecce. He plays as a goalkeeper and won Euro 2004.

Dimitrios Papadopoulos commenced his professional club football career at Greek club Akratitos in 1999. He went onto play for two seasons for them.

In 2001 he was signed by English club Burnley and featured in 35 league matches, scoring 6 goals. In 2003 he was signed by Panathinaikos and went onto play 125 league matches for the Greek giants, scoring 52 goals.

In 2008 he was signed on free transfer by Italian Serie A club US Lecce.

Dimitrios Papadopoulos made his international debut for Greece in 2002 and won the Euro 2004 with the Grecian national side.
