An Argentine footballer from Santa Fe, Dario Gandin began playing professional football with Atletico Rafaela, in 2001. A Second Division club, Gandin went on to win the Apertura and Clausura titles I the 2002-03 season, with the club. Consequently they were promoted to the Primera Division of the Argentine league. The next season, Gandin moved to Colon de Santa Fe, a club to which he moved back in 2007 after stints with Gimnasia de Jujuy, Club Leon, a Mexican club and Argentinos Juniors. In 2008 he moved to Independiente, where he remains at present.
