Andrea Coda is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Udinese. He plays as a centre-back.

Andrea Coda developed at the youth academies of Lucchese and then Empoli and was part of the first team at Empoli between 2004 and 2006. He was an instant hit at Empoli and was recognized as one of the promising young centre-backs in Italy.

Coda scored one goal in 76 league matches in two seasons for Empoli and earned a move to Udinse, who bought 50% of the player’s rights in January 2006. In the summer of the same year Udinese purchased all of the player’s right.

Andrea Coda has since gone onto feature prominently for the Udinese first team and was part of the Olympic team for Italy in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
