Nicolas Frey is a French football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Chievo Verona. He plays as a defender.
Nicolas Frey started his club football career at French side Cannes and played for the first team between 2003 and 2004. He then moved to Legnano in 2004 and after one season and two goals in 28 league matches was signd by Modena. He went onto play for three seasons for Modena, featuring 82 league matches.
Nicolas Frey was signed by Chievo Verona in 2008 and is expected to be a good player in the future.
Nicolas Frey is the brother of the Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastian Frey and is the son of former French goalkeeper Raymond Frey and grandson of former French international defender Andre Frey.
