Jay-Alistaire Frederick “Jay” Simpson is a young English football player who is on the books of the English Premier League giants Arsenal. He is a versatile footballer who can play either as a striker or as a winger.
Jay Simpson graduated from the prestigious youth academy of Arsenal and made a huge name for himself whle featuring for the reserves of Arsenal. He made the bench for Arsenal’s Arsenal’s Carling Cup match against West Bromwich Albion on October 24,2006. On February 19,2007 he made history by becoming the first player ever to score a hat trick at Emirates Stadium, for Arsenal’s U18 side in an FA Youth Cup match against Cardiff City.
Jay Simpson was signed by League One side Millwall in the summer of 2007 on a season-long loan and he made his debut for them against Huddersfield Town on September 1,2007. He went onto play 41 League One matches in the 2007-2008 campaign for Millwall and scored 6 goals in the processs, developing and gaining maturity.

Jay Simpson returned to the Emirates Stadium in the summer of 2008 and made his first team debut for the Gunners against Sheffield United in the League Cup. He has been drafted into the Arsenal first team for the 2008-2009 season.
