Felipe Melo de Carvalho is a Brazilian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Juventus. He plays as a midfielder.

Felipe started his professional club career at Brazilian giants Flamengo in 2001 and played for two seasons for them, scoring 3 goals in 26 league matches. He then had short stints at Cruzeiro and Gremo in Brazil and Real Mallorca in Spain.

Felipe then settled at Racing Santander and played for them for two seasons, scoring 6 goals in 48 La Liga matches. He then had a very successful 2007-2008 season with Spanish club Almeria, scoring 7 goals in 34 impressive league fixtures.

In the summer of 2008 Felipe moved to Italian club Fiorentina, and after a very productive 2008-09 campaigned joined Juventus. He struggled for form in the 2009-10, but proved himself to be one of the few good players for the Bianconeri in 2010-11.

Melo made his international debut for Brazil in 2008.
