Garang Kuol is an Australian soccer player currently playing for FC Volendam, on loan from Newcastle United. He is a winger/forward.
He is a highly rated young prospect, who was named in the Australia squad for the first time as a 17-year-old. He dazzled in an A-League All-Stars game against Barcelona in 2022.
He was linked with Barcelona, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund but agreed to a deal to join Newcastle United in January 2023.

Upon joining Newcastle, he was loaned out to Scottish top flight club Hearts for the rest of the 2022-23 season. During his six-month spell at Hearts, Kuol scored one goal in nine appearances.
In August 2023, Kuol agreed to another loan, joining Dutch Eredivisie club FC Volendam for the 2023-24 season to help him gain first-team experience in Europe.
He made his Australia debut in September 2022 and played twice at the 2022 World Cup later that year, almost scoring a late leveller against Argentina in their last-16 game.
