Zurab Khizanishvili is a Georgian international football player who currently features for the English Premier League side Blackburn Rovers. He is a defender.
Zurab Khizanishvili started his professional club football at Georgian side Dinamo Tbilisi in 1998 and after one season joined FC Tbilisi but again after one season was on his move to Lokomotiv Tbilisi.
In 2001 he was signed by Scottish side Dundee and played 43 league matches in two seasons for them. In June 2003 he was signed by Old Firm giants Rangers on a free transfer and played three years for them.
