Paul Gallagher is a young and dynamic Scottish international football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Blackburn Rovers. He is a winger, more of a wide midfielder and can also play as a striker.

Paul Gallagher developed at the Blackburn Rovers youth academy and made his debut for the senior side as a substitute in a 2-0 win over the 2001-2002 English Premier League champions Arsenal in March 2003 and scored his first goal for Blackburn in the 2003-2004 season against Birmingham City in a 4-0 win over the club.

Gallagher though was then offloaded on loan to lower division sides. He played for Stoke City in 2005-2006, Preston North End in 2007-2008 and for Stoke again 2008. He has been drafted back in the Blackburn Rovers first team.

Paul Gallagher made his international debut for Scotland in 2004 and so far that has been his only match for his nation.
