Phil Jagielka is an England international football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Everton. He plays as a central defender.
Jagielka made his start in professional football for Sheffield United in 1999 and went on to become one of the best players for the club. He made 254 league appearances in the league and scored 18 goals.
In the summer of 2007 Everton came calling and signed Jagielka for £4 million. He was an instant success at Goodison Park and scored 1 goals in 34 matches in the English Premier League in his first season. He was a rock for Everton in midfield.
