Andriy Viktorovych Voronin is an Ukrainian international footballer who currently features for the English Premier League club Liverpool. He is a striker.
Andriy Voronin made his start with Chomomorets Odessa, a club in Ukraine, and then moved to German side Borussia Moenchengladbach in 1995. He made his professional debut in 1997 and after three seasons moved to Mainz. He was quite good for Mainz as he scored 29 goals in 75 matches.
Voronin then moved to Koln in 2003 and after one season to Bayer Leverkusen. It was at Bayer that Voronin started attracting the attention of top dogs around Europe. From 2004 to 2007 he played 92 German Bundesliga matches and scored 32 matches.

Andriy Voronin made his international debut for Ukraine in January 2002 when he was 22 years of age. He made his international debut against Romania. He played for his nation at Euro 2004 and the 2006 Germany World Cup.
