Philip Neville is an England international football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Everton. He is a versatile player who can play either as a full-back or as a defensive midfielder.
Neville graduated from the youth academy of Manchester United and made his debut for the senior side in 1994. He played for the club until 2005 and made 263 league appearances and several appearances in Cup competitions and in the UEFA Champions League. He won several Premier League titles with Man United and the Champions League in 1999.
Neville was signed by Everton in the summer of 2005 for £3.5 million and he soon became a consistent and important performer for the Toffees. His impressive displays over the subsequent years saw Everton establish themselves as a top-six club in the Premier League, Neville himself playing in over 240 league matches.
Neville made his international debut for England in 1996 and played 59 times for his nation before announcing his retirement in 2007. He represented his country at Euro’96, Euro 2000 and Euro 2004.
