Jose Maria Callejon Bueno is a Spanish football player who currently features for the Spanish and European giants Real Madrid. He is a versatile footballer who can play either as a winger or as a forward.

Callejon is actually a product of the Real Madrid youth system and made his debut for Real Madrid Castilla in May 2007. He was a regular for Castilla in the Spanish Segunda Division B in the 2007-08 season and finished the season as theoverall top scorer for Castilla in the Segunda Division B with 21 goals in 37 league matches.

Jose Callejon signed a four year contract with Catalan side Espanyol in the summer of 2008 and was impressive for them right from the start. He scored 10 goals in 97 league appearances before being re-signed by Madrid in the summer of 2011.

Callejon proved himself to be an able impact player for Los Blancos, helping them win La Liga in 2011-12.

Callejon has a twin brother Juanmi, who also graduated from the Real Madrid youth academy and currently features for the Spanish club Hercules.
