Angel Lafita Castillo is a Spanish footballer who currently features for the Spanish football club Deportivo la Coruna. He plays as an attacking midfielder.
Angel Lafita made his debut for Real Zaragoza in 2005 and after featuring in 41 league matches in the next two seasons was loaned onto Deportivo la Coruna in the summer of 2007.
Angel Lafita comes from the a very footballing family. He uncle, Francisco Villarroya, played for Real Madrid and Deportivo la Coruna and was part of the Spanish national squad for the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. His father, Juan Lafita, used to play for Andorra CF and his brother Ignacio Lafita plays for SD Huesca in the Segunda Division.
