A professional football player from France, Benjamin Andre plays as an attacking midfielder, in the hole behind the two strikers. In 1996, Andre began his playing career at Stade Raphaelois in Corsica, when he was just 6. In 2006, he moved from the youth academy and transferred to AC Ajaccio. For the next three seasons, until he broke into the first team in 2008, Andre spent his time working his way through the youth academy.
Since moving to the first team, he has played almost 50 times for the first team, scoring twice along the way. A regular starting spot has been hampered by his inconsistent performances although he has won international caps for France at the Under-21 level, playing 7 games so far.
