Omar El Kaddouri is a Moroccan football player who currently features for the Italian club Napoli. He plays as an attacking midfielder.

El Kaddouri developed at the youth academy of Belgian club Anderlecht and moved to Brescia in 2008 after failing to make a single first-team appearance for them. It was at the Italian club that El Kaddouri started to show his quality and his progress was aided by a one-year loan spell at Sudtirol in 2010-11.

In August 2012 El Kaddouri was signed by Napoli.

El Kaddouri played twice for the Belgium Under-21 side and was part of the Moroccan team that featured at the 2012 London Olympics.
