Muriel Becker is a Brazilian professional soccer player who is playing as a goalkeeper for the Fluminense. The first time he realized he wanted to become a soccer player was in 2003, where he was brought into the Internacional Youth Academy. From then on, he played for the academy and many of his mentors saw potential in him. When he was 20 years old, he had his first team, but he doesn’t seem to grow in the team because he was always kept as a reserve in the team.
Professional Football Career
In 2009, he was loaned to Caxias and Portuguesa and they won the 2010 Copa FGF. 2 years later, he joined Serie B Club Portuguesa for his second loan spell, however, his contract was terminated.
In 2017, he moved to the CF Os Belenenses on a two-year contract. Almost 3 weeks later, he debuted as the team goalkeeper but got lost to Real SC. In his second with the team, he remarkably played 32 league matches. His final game with them was against their rival Sporting CP, but Becker fouled the game and was eliminated in the game.
The Death of Becker’s Father

His brother, Alisson, who was playing as a goalkeeper for Liverpool, was devastated by their tragic loss. Many clubs sent their condolences to Alisson and Muriel Becker via Twitter.
