A striker from Brazil, Willian Gomes de Siqueira plays as a professional football player, at the highest level of the game. In 2002, Willian made his mark when he was recognized for his exceptional finishing ability at the Guarani Futebol Clube youth academy. Over two seasons, Willian made his mark and was called up to the first team.
With the first team, Willian managed just 6 games as a substitute, not being able to maintain a place for himself in the first team. In 2006, he was sent to Atletico Paranaense, where he spent four seasons. However, during those years, he struggled to get into the first team and was sent on loan, in 2009-10, to Vila Nova Futebol Clube.
In 2010-11, he moved to Tombense Futebol Clube in a bid to find regular football, but immediately went out on loan to Figueirense, where he became a permanent first team player. In 2011, he joined Corinthians and helped the team win the 2011 Serie A title. He has played over 55 times, in the league, for the Corinthians and continues to be a massive part of the team, scoring 10 goals in the process.
