Justo Wilmar Villar is a Paraguayan international football player who currently features for the Spanish club Real Valladolid. He plays as a goalkeeper.

Justo Villar commenced his footballing career at Paraguayan club Sol de America in then coached by the legendary custodian Ever Hugo Almerida in 1996 and in the three seasons that he plays for them he features in 119 league matches. In 2001 he moved to Paraguayan powerhouse Libertad and won back-to-back national championships in 2002 and 2003.

In 2004 Villar was signed by Argentine side Newell’s Old Boys where he featured for them in 119 league fixtures between 2004 to 2008. He led Newell’s to the 2004 Apertura championship and was voted as the best goalkeeper in that year by the Argentine press. He also won the Paraguayan Footballer of the Year in 2004. Villar was signed by Real Valladolid in the summer of 2008.

Justo Villar has been an international goalkeeper for Paraguay since 1999 and has played more than 50 matches for them. He featured in the 2006 Germany World Cup for his nation.
