Arturo Vidal is a Chile international football player who currently features for the Flamengo. He plays as a midfielder and is rated as one of the best players in Europe.
Vidal developed his professional club football at Chilean giants Colo-Colo in 2005 and soon earned a name for himself as a very promising young player. He won the Chilean Primera Division thrice and helped Colo-Colo reach the final of the Copa Sudamericana in 2006.
In 2007 Vidal moved to Bayer Leverkusen and soon established himself as one of the best players in Europe. He scored 15 goals in 117 Bundesliga matches, going from strength to strength with every passing season.

Vidal was signed by Juventus in the summer of 2011 for €10.5 million on a five-year contract and he quickly became a star player, helping the Bianconeri win Serie A in 2011-12.
He moved form Juventus to Bayern Munich to Barcelona and to Inter Milan and eventually left the Nerazzurri for Brazilian club Flamengo in July 2022.
Vidal made his international debut for Chile against Venezuela in a friendly international in 2007 that his side won 1-0. He has since played in over 40 international matches for his country.
