Leeds United defensive midfielder Kalvin Phillips has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Reading at home.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side got the better of Reading 1-0 at Elland Road in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Pablo Hernandez scored the only goal of the match in the 57th minute when he stabbed into the top corner.

Leeds midfielder Phillips has taken to Twitter to revel in the win and is looking forward to the next game.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon, hosts Leeds had 66% of the possession, took 18 shots of which five were on target, and earned six corners.

Visitors Reading had 34% of the possession, took eight shots of which two were on target, and earned three corners.

The win against the Royals means that Leeds are second in the Championship table at the moment with 62 points from 66 matches, four points behind leaders West Bromwich Albion.

The West Yorkshire outfit will return to action on Wednesday evening when they take on Middlesbrough away from home at the Riverside Stadium in the Championship.
