Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo has taken to Twitter to express his delight at his side’s win against Hamilton Academical in the Scottish Cup.
Steven Gerrard’s side got the better of Scottish Premiership rivals Hamilton 4-1 away from home at the Fountain of Youth Stadium in the fifth round of the prestigious cup competition on Saturday afternoon.
Scott Arfield put Rangers in the lead in the 25th minute from a penalty rebound, but Lewis Smith restored parity for the home team on 38 minutes.
Aribo made it 2-1 to the Gers midway through the second half, and Alfredo Morelos added a third for the visitors on 85 minutes.
Then in the second minute of injury time, Arfield wrapped up the scoring with a long-range strike.
Aribo has taken to Twitter to revel in the win for Rangers, and the 23-year-old Nigeria international is also pleased with the travelling fans.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Fountain of Youth Stadium on Saturday afternoon, hosts Hamilton had 49% of the possession, took three shots of which two were on target, and earned three corners.
Visitors Rangers had 51% of the possession, took 15 shots of which 10 were on target, and earned eight corners.
