Aston Villa attacking midfielder Jack Grealish has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s draw with Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.
Villa played out a 1-1 draw with Brighton away from home at the American Express Community Stadium in the Premier League.
Leandro Trossard put Dean Smith’s side in the lead in the 38th minute, and Grealish - who can also operate as a winger - restored parity for the Villans on 75 minutes.
The 24-year-old has expressed his delight on Twitter at scoring yet again for Villa, and he is pleased with the final result.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at the American Express Community Stadium on Saturday afternoon, hosts Villa had 56% of the possession, took 10 shots of which two were on target, and earned three corners.
Visitors Villa had 44% of the possession, took eight shots of which three were on target, and earned four corners.
Grealish has made 21 appearances in the league for the Villans so far this season, scoring seven goals and providing five assists in the process.
Back In Action
Villa are third from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment with 22 points from 23 matches.
Smith’s team will return to action on Tuesday evening when they take on Watford at Villa Park in the Premier League.
