Jack Harvey is a British car racer, and he is known to be a former member of McLaren’s Young Driver Programme. Harvey began his car racing career at a very young age of 9. In 2006, he made his debut at the MSA Super One British title and the Kartmasters British Grand Prix. In 2007, he drove for the Italian Maranello, in which he won 4 trophies. He also joined the Italian Open Masters championship, and he became the European Champion.
In 2009, he started to compete for the Formula BMW Europe Season under Fortec Motosport. When he joined the event, he was also a member of the Racing Steps Foundation, an organization that focuses on helping aspiring British drivers to achieve national and international series success. During the competition, he finished 7th place. In 2010, he encountered Robin Frijns, the eventual champion of the Formula BMW Europe season.

In 2011, he moved to compete for the British Formula 3 Championship where he finished 9th place and scoring one victory. Then, he proceeded to sign with the Lotus GP to compete for the GP3 series. In the same week, Harvey was announced to be the official coach for Sean Walkingshaw Racing.
Harvey became more competitive, as he moved to the US to compete and race in the Indy Lights series. During the tournament, he was able to finish the season in second place, because he collected 4 wins and 10 podiums in 14 races. He also made his debut in the IndyCar series by driving for Michael Shank Racing and Andretti Autosport.
In 2018, he partnered with Michael Shank Racing and Schmidt Peterson Motorsport.
In 2021, Harry and Meyer Shank Racking had packed their schedules for the competitions. Throughout 2021, MSR and Harvey had created a technical partnership and both of them showed significant improvements.
