Anaconda Choke

Anaconda Choke is a kind of arm triangle choke which happens during a front headlock position. This is done by threading the arms under the armpit and neck of an opponent and then holding or applying pressure in the biceps of its opposing arm. This can be accomplished by using the gator roll or rolling the opponent over his free shoulder and using the force to turn him over his trapped shoulder.
