Munah Holland is a professional mixed martial artist who competed in the Flyweight division. She is the 2007 NY Daily News Golden Gloves Boxing Champion. Before she fought in the professional circle, she already competed in more than 10 kickboxing and 20 boxing tournaments.

Born on November 2, 1974, Holland started training in MMA for health and fitness reasons. She gained a lot of weight while in college and became inspired when she watched her sister training with Tiger Schulmann’s School of Mixed Martial Arts. In 1994, Holland moved all the way from Texas to North Plainfield, New Jersey to train at Tiger Schulmann’s under Sensei Paul Querido.

Her first professional MMA fight was against Kim Couture and she won via unanimous decision. She had notable wins against Marissa Pender, Pearl Gonzalez, Marianna Kheyfets, and Carina Damm. Her last MMA fight was against Nina Ansaroff at Invicta FC 7 and it ended in a loss.

This American fighter stands at 5’4” and weighed 128 pounds at her last weigh in. She has a professional record of 5 wins and 3 losses. Munah Holland is now a Master black belt and lead instructor at Tiger Schulmann’s MMA in New Jersey.
