Marianna Kheyfets is a professional mixed martial artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt Champion. She placed third in the 2010 International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Pan American Championships and also won the gold in the New York Open Blue Belt Division. Nicknamed “The Crushen Russian”, Kheyfets has an amateur kickboxing record of 4 wins and no losses.

Born on June 22, 1985 in Moscow, Russia, Kheyfets’s family immigrated to the United States when she was 3 years old. She was raised in Danbury, Connecticut and eventually graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Video Film Communications. She stands 5’5” tall and weighed 125 pounds during her last weigh in.

Her first professional MMA match was against Kim Couture at XFC 11 – The Next Generationand she won the match through a triangle choke submission in the first round. Her first win started a 5-match winning streak that started from 2010 to 2012. She won against Marissa Caldwell, Kaline Medeiros, Molly Helsel, and Heather Clark.

Her winning streak ended on her fight against Munah Holland at Bellator Fighting Championships 63 on March 20, 2012. She retired from professional mixed martial arts shortly after.
