Connor McGregor Attacks UFC Fighter’s Bus; Turns Himself In To NYPD
McGregor leaves court after granting bail

On Thursday, Connor McGregor aka The Notorious allegedly attached a bus in New York City inside the Barclays Center. In the video that circulated, McGregor was filmed holding a railing before the bus was damaged. The passengers of the bus were also injured in the attack.

Many believe that the attack happened because of Artem Lobov and a certain face off with Khabib Nurmagomedov that happened earlier this week.

Why did The Notorious arrive?

The main reason that McGregor showed up at the Barclays Center was to show support for Artem Lobov, his SBG teammate. Earlier during the week, Lobov had a confrontation with Nurmagomedov, McGregor’s rival, and his entourage at a hotel.

McGregor, with his own entourage, then came to the arena in order to confront Khabib. However, the Russian was already inside the bus that was attacked by the Irish man. McGregor had asked him to get off the bus.

Nurmagomedov goads McGregor

According to reports, Nurmagomedov goaded McGregor after the bus attack.

“I am laughing inside,” Nurmagomedov said. “You broke window? Why? Come inside. You know UFC don’t let you come inside. IF you’re a real gangster why don’t you come inside?

“This is big history gangster place. Brooklyn. You want to talk to me? Send me location. We have to talk? I am gonna come, no problem.

“I grew up like this. I don’t grow up throwing chairs at window. This is not my bus.”

McGregor turns himself in to NYPD

After the events, Connor McGregor has turned himself in to the police. Officers have stated that charges are being reviewed by the District Attorney regarding the attack.

Despite surrendering to the NYPD, Nurmagomedov does not wish McGregor be sent to jail. He has expressed willingness to fight or at least talk to McGregor to sort things out.
