Adler Mannheim, otherwise known as the “Mannheim Eagles,” is a professional ice hockey team that is based in Mannheim since 1994. The team is a part of the German Ice Hockey League (DEL), and although the team has been active since 1994 in the DEL, the team has been around since 1938, but was known previously as the Mannheimer ERC.

The team is currently calls the SAP Arena as its home, and they are currently being managed by Daniel Hopp and Matthias Binder. They are also being coached by Harold Kreis, and they have been successful over the past years, reaching the German Masters 6 times. The most recent victory at the German Masters was in 2007, while they have also been German Cup winners two times: 2003 and 2007.
