Zach Boychuk is a Canadian center on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Boychuk was drafted 14th overall in 2008 after scoring 163 points in back to back seasons with the Lethbridge Hurricanes in the WHL. He made his NHL debut with the Hurricanes in 2009, and split the next few seasons between the AHL and the NHL. He had 36 points with the Albany River Rats in 2009-10, and appeared in 31 games for the Hurricanes, scoring 3 goals and 9 points. He shouldn’t have an issue making the Hurricanes’ roster for the 2010-11 season.

Boychuk won gold medals with Team Canada at the 2008 and 2009 World Juniors.
