Maxime Fortunus

Maxime Fortunus is a Canadian defenseman in the Dallas Stars’ organization.

Fortunus was not drafted by an NHL team, but earned himself an AHL contract after three 40+ point seasons in the QMJHL. He played the next 7 seasons in the AHL before making his NHL debut with Dallas in 2010. He appeared in 8 games and recorded only 4 penalty minutes.
