Oskars Bartulis is a Latvian defenseman on the Philadelphia Flyers.

Bartulis was drafted by the Flyers in 2005, after scoring 24 points in his first season of play in the QMJHL. He played two more years in the Q, scoring a career high 13 goals and 48 points in 2006-07. He was called up to the AHL after that, and made his NHL debut in 2009. He played so well upon arrival in the NHL, he was immediately signed to a 3 year deal with the club.

Bartulis has played for Latvia at 9 different international competitions including World Juniors, World Championships and the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.
