Antoine Vermette is a Canadian center on the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Vermette was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in 2000, after two stellar seasons in the QMJHL. In 2003, Vermette earned himself an NHL callup, scoring 14 points in his rookie season. He spent the lockout with the Senators’ AHL club in Binghamton, playing his first full season with Ottawa in 2005. He had the best season of his career in 2007-08, scoring 24 goals and 53 points. In 2009, he was traded to Columbus at the trade deadline.
