Cam Ward is a Canadian goalie on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Ward was drafted 25th overall by Carolina in 2002, and made his NHL debut in 2005. That same season, he earned a chance to start in the playoffs and carried the Hurricanes to their first Stanley Cup, winning the Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP. Since then, he has been the undisputed starter in Carolina, and has won 67 of 129 starts.

He won a gold medal with Canada at the 2007 World Championships, as well as a silver medal at the 2008 tournament.
