Francis Bouillon is an American-Canadian defenseman on the Nashville Predators.

Bouillon was undrafted, but signed with Montreal in 1998. He has played all but 4 games of his NHL career with the Canadiens. Bouillon had the best season of his career in 2005-06, when he scored 3 goals, and recorded 19 assists. Bouillon played in only 54 games for Montreal in 2008-09, recording 53 penalty minutes and 9 points. He was signed by Nashville in the 2009 offseason.

Bouillon played for Team USA at the 2003 World Championships.
