Mark Parrish is an American right winger on the Dallas Stars.

Parrish was drafted by Colorado in 1996, but was traded to Florida before playing a game in the NHL. He joined the Panthers in 1998, where he played until 2001, when he was traded to the New York Islanders as part of a deal for star Olli Jokinen and goalie Roberto Luongo. Parrish had his best season in New York, scoring 30 goals and 30 assists for 60 points. He was traded to Los Angeles at the 2006 trade deadline, but signed with Minnesota the following offseason. Parrish played two seasons in Minnesota, turning in a 39 point performance in 2006-07. In 2008, his contract was bought out to clear cap space, and began playing in the minors. Early in the 2008-09 season, Dallas offered him a contract, and he played the rest of the season with the Stars.

Parrish played for Team USA at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
