Andrew Ladd is a Canadian left winger on the Atlanta Thrashers
Ladd was drafted 4th overall by the Carolina Hurricanes in 2004. He joined the Hurricanes in 2005, and won the Stanley Cup with the club in 2006. He was dealt to Chicago at the trade deadline in 2008, where he developed into a truly talented player. He scored 15 goals and 49 points in 2008-09, and won his 2nd Stanley Cup with the Hawks in 2010. He was traded to Atlanta shortly after to help Chicago relieve their terrible cap situation.
Ladd won a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2005 World Junior Championships.
