Evgeny Evgenievich Kuznetsov is a professional ice hockey player who is best known for being a center and right wing of HK Traktor Chelyabinsk of the KHL or Kontinentalen Hockey-Liga. Kuznetsov was born on May 19, 1992 in Chelyabinsk, Russia.
Kuznetsov is relatively new to the world of professional ice hockey, having been able to play professionally in 2007 only. In his youth, he was able to rise up the ranks and even playing in the second team up until 2007. It was in 2009, however, that Kuznetsov was able to make his debut for the first team in the KHL. During the said season, he was able to score 3 goals within 39 games.
In 2010, Kuznetsov was chosen in the NHL Entry Draft of the said year in the first round. He was picked by the Washington Capitals.

Aside from his professional career, Kuznetsov is also an excellent international player, playing the Under 18 and Under 20 Junior World Cup Championships for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
